Back in the good books!

Excuse the pun. Amazon's response:

at the top of our web site, then clicking "Go!" next to "open
andrecently shipped orders." Completed refunds will appear at
thebottom of an individual order's summary page.

Thank goodness for that! I can't imagine a life without Amazon. There isn't a decent bookshop for HOURS up here (Bay of Islands). In fact, bookshops are the only thing I miss having emigrated to NZ from near London.

Our postman has accused us of running a library on the quiet, we get so many Amazon deliveries!
