I tried up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, A, B, A, B, start, but nothing happened. Likewise IDDQD.

That is an interesting expression on his face, isn't it?
(I do hope that is not the prize)
The site's really nice visually. The only immediate complaint I have as an interface designer is that the menus work inconsistently: in some cases (About Us, Community), you can click on the grey titles, while in others (How Can We Help?, Our People), they do nothing.
Also, the "These things are important to us" thing seems a bit weak, especially since no indication is given as to how they are important.
OH GOOD LORD.
